 *CANCELLATION POLICY
 
The small size of our B&B adds to the coziness of your experience with us.  The downside to small and cozy is that cancellations hit us hard!  For that reason we will ask for a credit card to hold your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice we will make every attempt to book your room.  However, if we are unable to fill your room, you will be charged for half of the entire time originally booked. 
 
If you are a "no show," or cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be billed for the entire time booked.
